By accepting and using your registration, ticket or other means of access (each, a “Ticket”) to the applicable BHM Event, you are agreeing, on behalf of yourself and any other individual who will be attending the BHM Event via a Ticket purchased or otherwise supplied by you (each, a “Guest”), to these Supplemental Terms.

Capitalized terms not defined below will have the meanings given to such terms in the TOS. We may modify the Supplemental Terms and encourage you to check back here from time to time for any modifications we may make to these Supplemental Terms.
For more information regarding BHM Events, please visit the Black Health Matters website. To the extent there is a conflict between these Supplemental Terms (including the TOS) and the information on the Black Health Matters website, these Supplemental Terms will prevail with respect to such conflict.
- Ticketing
- Personal. The Ticket is a personal, revocable license to attend the BHM Event to which the Ticket relates. Capacity for BHM Events is limited, and a Ticket is required to attend any BHM Event. You confirm that your attendance at the BHM Event complies with all applicable laws and regulations and, if applicable, your organization’s internal policies and guidelines.
- Age Requirement. Unless otherwise noted in writing, all attendees must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of the applicable BHM Event in order to attend. Your Ticket may not be used for advertising, marketing, promotions or any other commercial purpose, including, without limitation, contests, auctions, sweepstakes and giveaways without our express written consent. Any such attempted or actual sale, transfer or use of your Ticket invalidates your Ticket and revokes any license granted thereunder.
- Payment Method. If applicable, the payment of any fee for a BHM Event is due upon purchase of your Ticket. Unless otherwise noted, the total price of the Ticket is inclusive of any applicable sales or use taxes. Any and all other costs incurred in connection with your attendance of the BHM Event shall be borne solely by you, and we are not responsible for any such costs. If we cannot charge your Payment Method or if your Payment Method is denied for any reason, we reserve the right to deny you access to the BHM Event.
- No Refunds. Unless otherwise noted in writing, all Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Please note that if you do not attend a BHM Event for which you have purchased a Ticket, or leave such BHM Event prior to its conclusion, you are still responsible for payment.
