Eat Some Dark Chocolate

Chocoholics, rejoice! Your guilty pleasure is actually good for you

It turns out chocolate—the dark kind—is plenty good for you! Studies show antioxidant-laden dark chocolate has a number of health benefits, including reducing the risk of heart disease (one study found a 37 percent lower risk in chocolate eaters) and stroke, lowering blood pressure and increasing good cholesterol (the cocoa butter in it does the trick). Other studies give chocolate props for fighting some cancers and improving vision. So feel free to indulge your chocolate fix (just limit it to one to two ounces a day)!
