Senior Body Sculpting LIVE is a virtual low-impact, functional training workout for adults aged 55 & up. Senior body sculpting will help seniors identify their health and wellness goals and provide them with the opportunities necessary to meet those goals. Improving strength, balance, endurance, and quality of life.
Heat things up: Add 2 dumbbells (1-5lbs) to really heat up your workout. If you don’t have 2 dumbbells you can use 2 canned goods, 2 soda cans, or even 2 water bottles.
