Basic Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all in-person attendees of the Black Health Matters Health Summit & Expo who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted during the event hours. No entries will be accepted after the closing time of the event.
3. How to Enter: Visit our designated giveaway booth at the expo, fill out an entry form with your name, contact information, and a brief description of what health means to you.
4. Winner Selection: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place at the conclusion of the event, and winners will be announced on-site.
5. Prizes: Prizes will include health and wellness products, gift cards, and other items promoting a healthy lifestyle. Prizes may vary dependent on if you are attending in-person or virtual attendance.
6. Notification: Winners must be present at the event to claim their prizes. If a selected winner is not present, an alternate winner will be chosen.
7. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered.
8. Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Black Health Matters to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
