Fight Colds and Flu With Mushrooms

Mushrooms have a rich flavor and they deliver powerful health benefits, including boosting your immune system and inhibiting oral bacteria. Try this side dish:

Sautéed Mushrooms

2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons water

8 ounces mushrooms

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2-3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic and onion. Cook for eight to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden. Add water and continue cooking until water has evaporated and mushrooms are tender. Transfer to serving bowl and toss with teriyaki sauce
