REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Women age 40+ (or younger if medically indicated by a physician)
Must live in Georgia
Must have a written order from your physician by 9/20/24 (we can assist with connecting you to a physician’s office if you do not have a written order. If you have a written order email it to:contact@askmeyourmd.com )
Must be able to walk up and down stairs unassisted on the mobile unit
No mammogram in the past 12 months as of October 4, 2024.
Insurance is NOT required but accepted.
