I constantly scroll through social media for my healthy meal prep ideas. Honestly, I have found some of my best recipes on TikTok. Therefore, it is only fitting that I share my latest recipe find from Air Fryer Papi. Two words – salmon bites! I am sure this recipe isn’t new, but I’ll take it anytime I can switch up a weeknight meal.

Air Fryer Papi shares his air-fried salmon bites with garlic sauce. Due to dietary restrictions, I substituted the heavy cream and butter from the sauce, but everything turned out delicious. In addition, the cook paired his salmon bites with mashed potatoes, but other pairings can include cauliflower rice, brown rice, or steamed vegetables.

Air Fryer Salmon Bites w/Garlic Lemon Sauce! 🔥🍋 Ya’ll should make this for dinner one day this week.
